We are committed to providing high-quality athletic and extracurricular experiences for all of our students. Students who participate in athletics stay physically active, learn about goal setting and learn the benefits of functioning within a team setting. K-5 Athletics

We are proud to offer 3 athletic programs for students in grades K-5, including:

Choir

For students in grades 1 - 5. Will perform musicals for the school in the winter and spring.

Students will develop leadership and character building skills by traveling through the path of cultural history.

Double-Dutch

For students in grades 5-8. Students will learn double-dutch and other jump rope tricks.

Students will enjoy reading, discussing and being empowered by the creative and animated lives of comic book characters.

STEM

Students will utilize hand and eye coordination skills to build robotics, Lego, and complete projects involving Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers support neighborhood collaborations by continuing to develop positive communication, relationships, and trust. The EVSC 21st Century Community Learning Centers provide students, parents, and community residents with quality enrichment, recreational, drug/alcohol prevention, and educational opportunities in a safe and drug-free environment.
