My philosophy of education focuses on communication. Each student is an individual with his/her own thoughts and abilities to understand others. He /she deserves to have the best communication skills possible to help achieve his/her potential in classes.

My philosophy of education is that effective teaching happens when a teacher creates an environment where all students feel at home and welcome despite their backgrounds and past actions. Those students who are the hardest to reach are usually the ones who need you the most. As a teacher, I believe it is my responsibility to build a strong relationship with each and every one of my students. When you can truly connect with your students, that's when the greatest progress is made academically, socially, and emotionally.

I believe that all students have the ability to learn in their own way and are able to be successful in their future. In my classroom, students can make mistakes without judgement, trust others to build relationships, and ask questions to become more knowledgeable. My philosophy of education will allow students to communicate with others effectively, learn what they are passionate about, and to feel safe and welcomed every day they walk into my classroom.
